ELK MOTOR has adopted the management of quality processes and continuous improvement as its main philosophy
ELK Motor was founded by the main shareholders of Yilmaz Reduktor as a continuation of the product family. ELK Motor manufactures electric motors from 63 to 315 in a 50,000 m2 closed area located on 135,000 m2.
ELK motors are manufactured entirely at the Çerkezköy factory – from the research and development stage to metal forming, casting, sheet metal processing and winding. Shafts, housings and covers are machined on fully automated CNC machines under continuous quality control.

About
Rotor and stator cores are produced on fully automated punching lines. Once pure aluminium has been injected into the rotor cores on the automated line, the rotor cores become ready for assembly. On the automatic winding lines, the stator cores – are wound and varnished using the automatic dipping method or the VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) method, depending on the needs and area of application.
Having passed the above stages, all motors produced are guaranteed to reach the highest level in terms of quality, reliability durability and performance. Subsequently, the motors are assembled as ordered, packaged and ready for dispatch after passing 100% of the final inspection and testing stages.
ELK Motor designs and manufactures all kinds of special motors based on individual design, production and modification – special shafts and flanges, special windings and motors suitable for different operating conditions, according to customer needs.
